The short version
Every calculation on this site runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter — savings, age, spending, benefits — are never transmitted to, processed by, or stored on any server. We don't ask for your name, email, or any account credentials. We never need, and never ask for, your Social Security number or any financial account information.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic (see Third-party services below). It measures page visits only — it never sees anything you type into the calculator.
Information we collect
The site itself collects none. Specifically, this site:
- sets no cookies of its own — our traffic-statistics tool (Google Analytics) does set cookies, described below;
- has no accounts, no sign-up, and no forms that send data anywhere;
- stores nothing you type — refresh the page and your inputs are gone;
- loads no third-party fonts or embedded content, and runs no advertising networks or personalization trackers.
Third-party services
This site uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to measure aggregate traffic: which pages are visited, for how long, and from what type of device and browser. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) and processes a truncated IP address for this purpose. It does not collect anything you enter into the calculator.
You can refuse or delete these cookies at any time via your browser settings, browse in a private/incognito window, or install Google's official opt-out browser add-on to disable Google Analytics entirely. If we add other third-party services in the future, this policy will be updated first.
Hosting
Like every website, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and requested pages) for security and delivery purposes. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes, note them on this page.
